Acclaimed impressionist and West End star Luke Kempner will host the annual awards dinner and ceremony, which will celebrate the best attractions, experiences, destinations and suppliers for group trips and holidays at the five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel, London on Friday 12th June 2026.

Luke Kempner will bring his fun and humour to the Group Leisure & Travel Awards dinner and ceremony.

Fresh from starring in the iconic comic role Thénardier in the West End production of Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre and in the world tour of the show, Luke Kempner will bring fun and entertainment to this special annual awards event.

The shortlist of finalists has been announced to find the best in group travel and ticket and private table bookings are being made at pace, so another memorable occasion is promised.

This year’s GLT Awards dinner will take place at the five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel, London for the first time having outgrown its previous venue.

Luke Kempner: a West End star and comedian making a big impression

With TV credits including The Royal Variety Performance and Murder in Successville to The Last Leg and Steph’s Packed Lunch, Luke is fast establishing himself as a household name. He’s one of the UK’s hottest impressionists and has a huge online following with his contemporary takes on pop culture mimicry, amassing over ten million views through his viral sketch videos including, ‘Alternative Love Island’ and ‘Alternative Game of Thrones.’

Some of his most recognisable impressions include, Louis Theroux, Donald Trump, Sir Ian McKellen, Jeremy Clarkson and Jürgen Klopp, to name a few. In 2020 Luke joined the cast of the revived hit TV show, Spitting Image and in 2023 he lent his voice to over 30 characters in Idiots Assemble: Spitting Image The Musical which ran for 13 weeks in the West End.

Luke sold out his 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival run with his acclaimed show, Gritty Police Drama: One Man Musical, which saw him pack an incredible 60 impressions into 60 minutes.

Over 300 guests are expected at this year’s dinner, including GTOs, coach operators, attractions, tour operators, industry suppliers and professionals.
